Job Overview

We collaborate with domestic and overseas Group companies and related departments to carry out operations for the smooth promotion of Sysmex’s business activities.

Job Description

  • Handle general affairs at Sysmex’s headquarters (regulation management, fixed asset management, shareholder and stock management, promotion of sports activities and social contribution activities).
  • Provide support for research and development facilities (lab management, hazardous materials management, etc.).
  • Support executive activities and external activities.
  • Manage and operate buildings and facilities, including research and development facilities and factories owned by the company to ensure safety and health management.

* As communication is necessary with employees in the company as well as overseas affiliates and global stakeholders, there are many instances where English is used.

* Knowledge and qualifications related to facility maintenance, such as electrical equipment, mechanical equipment, and air conditioning equipment can be utilized.

Expected Hiring Grade

  • LG1 Leading, Base Salary: 270,000 yen

* Entry grade and base salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and expertise.

Potential Initial Assignment Location

  • Head Office, Technopark, Solution Center (Hyogo Prefecture)

* Proactive efforts underway to promote working remotely, SuperFlex
