Job Overview

We design processes for the mass production of instruments and reagents, design and install production facilities, facilitate the mass production of new products, and administrative processes for production, manufacture jigs, improve production line processes, train/develop manufacturing staff, etc.

Job Description

  • Design production processes, build prototypes, carry out evaluations for the purpose of improving performance and reducing costs of instruments and reagents.
  • Design mass production processes and support the transition and preparation for the mass production of new products.
  • Design and install production facilities and provide technical support to global production factories.
  • Improve production operation processes to increase productivity and quality.
  • Support management and educate manufacturing staff, in addition to providing technical guidance and production process analysis.
  • Carry out quality-related activities, such as the evaluation and validation of alternative raw materials (verification of production facilities, processes and quality control methods to ensure optimal performance).
  • In order to establish a stable mass production system both domestically and internationally, we actively collaborate with and make recommendations to the product development departments related to production and mass production. We also design processes for mass production and customize them in line with the environment and laws of the export destination. In addition, we design and improve manufacturing and production processes to ensure consistent production quality. We also work on the implementation and improvement of production lines and technical support for manufacturing staff supported by IT-enabled in-house systems. These activities are essential for the mass production of our products.

Expected Hiring Grade

  • LG1 Leading, Base Salary: 270,000 yen
  • Entry grade and base salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and expertise.
