Job Overview

We design processes for the mass production of instruments and reagents, design and install production facilities, and facilitate the mass production of new products.

Job Description

  • Design production processes, build prototypes, carry out evaluations for the purpose of improving performance and reducing costs of instruments and reagents.
  • Design mass production processes and support the transition and preparation for the mass production of new products.
  • Design and install reagent production facilities and provide technical support to instrument production factories.
  • Design and fabricate prototypes, and install production equipment and jigs.
  • Provide technical support to global factories for equipment installation and support improvement initiatives.

* In order to establish a stable mass production system both domestically and internationally, we actively collaborate with and make recommendations to the product development departments related to production and mass production. We also design processes for mass production and customize them in line with the environment and laws of the export destination. In addition, we design and improve manufacturing and production processes to ensure consistent production quality.

Reagent Production

  • Technopark, Ono Factory (Hyogo Prefecture)
